Mini Cheesy Bacon Quiches Ingredients:
10 Eggs
1/2 Package Turkey Bacon (you can use Pork Bacon, Make sure to cook it first)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cups Milk
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Greasing Muffin Pan
Mini Cheesy Bacon Quiches Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Muffin Pan Brushed with Olive Oil. Next, Cut the Bacon in to little Bits of Squares. Put Half of the Bacon Bits Evenly in to Each Muffin Holding. Other Half of Bacon is for The Top!
2. Now, in a Bowl, Add Eggs, Fresh Minced Garlic, Salt, Ground Black Pepper and Milk. Mix up the Ingredients really well. Pour the Egg Mixture in to each Muffin Pan Holding. Sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese on Top and Sprinkle the rest of the Bacon Bits on top of the Cheese.
3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Bake the Mini Quiches for 20 -25 Minutes or until the Egg is Not runny and Cheese is Melted.
