Oven Baked Garlic Balsamic Turkey Burgers Ingredients:

2 Pounds Ground Turkey
1 1/2 Cups Whole Old Fashioned Oats
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 Cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper 

Oven Baked Garlic Balsamic Turkey Burgers Instructions:

1. In a Bowl, Add Ground Turkey, Old Fashioned Oats, Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

2. Next, Mix up all the Ingredients really well but make sure not to overwork the Ground Turkey. Now, On a Greased Baking Sheet, Make 8 Patties. We usually separate the Turkey Balls on the Baking Sheet, then Press them down into Round Patties, it is easier then trying to move the Patties on to the Baking Sheet.

3. PreHeat the Oven at 400 Degrees F. Bake the Turkey Burgers for 20 Minutes. Then Take out of the Oven, Flip over all the Turkey Burger Patties. Put the Turkey Burgers back in the Oven, Bake for 10 – 15 Minutes longer. Take the Turkey Burger Patties out of the oven and Serve with your Favorite Burger Toppings!
