Our Simple and Delicious Taco Potatoes are one of our Favorites, they taste like Fast Food Fries! Nice and Crispy on the Outside and Soft Inside! Potatoes are a Budget Friendly Staple in our Home, there are so many ways to prepare them! Seasonings like Cumin and Chili Powder then Smothered in Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over the Potatoes allow these to Fry to a Nice Crispiness right in your Oven! We like to serve these with any Meal and they will Not Last Long, Easy and Satisfying!

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Oven Fried Cooking Time: 45 – 55 Minutes
Baking Sheet with Foil or Parchment Paper
Serves 4
Oven Fried Taco Potatoes Ingredients:
6 Red Big Potatoes (You can also use smaller Red Potatoes, about 14 for this Recipe!)
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (this is how the potatoes oven fry)
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Ground Chili Pepper
2 Teaspoons Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Oven Fried Taco Potatoes Instructions:
1. First thing to do, Cook the Potatoes Whole in the Microwave or the Oven Until they are Done. Make sure the Potatoes are Not Mushy, they need to be Cooked and still hold there shape. Let the Potatoes cool for a little bit. Then you will cut up the Potatoes in to Cubes and put all the Potatoes in a Bowl for the Next step!
2. Now in the Bowl of Cut up Potatoes, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Ground Chili Pepper, Salt and Black Pepper.
3. Next you will need a Baking Sheet with Foil or Parchment Paper (if you have a Good Non- Stick Baking Sheet, you won’t need to cover it). Mix up all the Ingredients in the Bowl Really well. Then Pour all the Taco Seasoned Potatoes on the Baking Sheet and even them out, try to Not overlap the Potatoes. You want a nice Crispy outside that has been Fried with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
4. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Oven Fry Bake for 45 – 55 Minutes. During half way point, use a Spatula to mix the Taco Potatoes around, so the other side of the Potatoes can get Crispy. When the Oven Fried Taco Potatoes are done, they will be Crispy like Fried Fries and very soft inside. These Potatoes will taste like you Fried them in a Pan of Oil. When Done, take them out and Enjoy!
