Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 30 – 35 Minutes (for cabbage)

Roasted Cabbage Pasta Ingredients:

16 Ounces Spaghetti Pasta
8 Cups Cabbage Cut up
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Cabbage Pasta Instructions:

1. First, You will need a Baking Sheet For Roasting the Cabbage. Next, Cup up the Cabbage in Strips and then rinse them. Put the Cabbage Cut up Strips on the Baking Sheet then Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger and Ground Black Pepper to the Pan of Cabbage.

2. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Now, Mix up all the Cabbage with the Ingredients and spread evenly on the Pan. Roast in the Oven for 30 – 35 Minutes. Take out when Done. While the Cabbage is Roasting, this is a good time to prepare the Spaghetti Pasta. Cook the Pasta according the Instructions.

3. Now, the Roasted Cabbage and the Pasta are ready, Add the Cabbage to the Pasta in a Bowl and Mix.
