Roasted Cheesy Ranch Potatoes Ingredients:
5 Medium Potatoes (we used Russet)
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 Cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (2 Tablespoons of Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Roasted Cheesy Ranch Potatoes Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Bowl for Marinating. Cut the Potatoes in Rounds, We like our Potatoes Thicker so we Cut them into 5 Rounds on each Potato, Make sure to cut off the ends so they lay flat on the pan. Put all the cut Potatoes in the Bowl. Next Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dried Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Bowl of Potatoes.
2. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Next, Put the Lid on the Bowl and Shake the Bowl, making sure all the Ingredients are Coating the Potatoes. Let Marinate for 15 – 20 Minutes. Now, You will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Put the Marinated Potatoes on the Baking Sheet Evenly. There will be extra Marinade, we use a Basting Brush to Brush on the top of each Potato Round.
3. Put the Potatoes in the PreHeated Oven and Roast for 40 Minutes, do not flip over. After the Potatoes have Roasted, Take them out of the Oven and Sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese on Each Potato. Immediately put the Potatoes back in the Oven and Roast for 10 – 15 Minutes. Take Out and Let cool a little before Serving!
