Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 30 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 35 – 45 Minutes (Depends on how big the Carrots are.)

Roasted Curry Dilly Carrots Ingredients:

6 – 8 Carrots
6 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (2 Tablespoons of Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Curry Dilly Carrots Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Bowl for Marinating the Carrots. Add Cut up Carrots (we cut them in to 1/2 inch coins and the slimmer ones a little longer), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Curry Powder, Dried Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Bowl.

2. Now, put the lid on and shake all the Ingredients together until all the carrots are coated. Marinate the Carrots in the Bowl for 30 Minutes. After the Carrots are Marinated, Put them on a Nonstick Baking Sheet and spread them evenly on the Pan.

3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Carrot for 35 – 45 Minutes. Depending on the size and thickness of the Carrots will determine how long to Roast. You want to be able to put a fork in and the Carrot easily comes off. Not Mushy!
