Broccoli Roasted with Sweet Balsamic Vinegar and Fresh Garlic is one of our Favorite ways to prepare Broccoli and all our Vegetables!

A few years ago we started Roasting ALL our Vegetables because we really don’t like Boiled Tasteless Mushy Vegetables! Now whenever we prepare Vegetables, we Marinate them and Roast them in the Oven or on the Grill. When we add Vegetables to our Pasta and Rice Casseroles, we always Roast the Vegetables First to give the Meal that extra Delicious Flavor! Once you make your Vegetables Roasted, you will only want them prepared that way! For More Side Dish Recipe Ideas, Make Sure to Check out Our Side Dish Recipes!

Roasted Garlic Balsamic Broccoli Ingredients:

1 – 2 Heads of Fresh Broccoli ( Frozen Broccoli can be used, But they will be a little more Mushy, Still Delicious )
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic ( About 3 Cloves )
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Garlic Balsamic Broccoli Instructions:

1. First thing to do is to Prepare the Broccoli. Start by cutting the Broccoli off at the stem. We try not to cut on the head of the Broccoli because then they start falling apart. Then rinse the Broccoli and put all the Broccoli Florets on a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper (if you have a Good Nonstick Baking Sheet, you might not need Parchment Paper).

TIP: In the Video Below, we show you how to cut the Broccoli!

2. Next, on the Baking Sheet with Broccoli Florets add Fresh Minced Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up all the Ingredients on the Pan. ( We just use our Hands to toss all the Ingredients Together. )
