Meatballs are great for Dinners and as an Appetizer! We like to make our Meatballs with Ground Turkey but these can easily be made with Ground Beef as well! These Ground Turkey Meatballs have a Asian Food inspired taste with the Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger and a little Red Pepper Spice, No Sauce needed for these Delicious Meatballs! Makes 20 Meatballs
Roasted Garlic Soy Sauce Meatballs Ingredients:
2 Pounds Ground Turkey
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
2 Eggs
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Roasted Garlic Soy Sauce Meatballs Instructions:
1. First, PreHeat the Oven at 350 Degrees F. Then you will need a Baking Sheet with 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coating the bottom of the Pan. Now, In a Bowl, Add Ground Turkey, Old Fashioned Oats, Eggs, Fresh Minced Garlic, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger, Ground Red Pepper and Ground Black Pepper.
2. Next, Mix up the ingredients really good with your hands and then make 20 Meatballs. Place the Meatballs evenly on the Oiled Baking Sheet.
TIP: Use Oil on your hands to prevent Meatball Ingredients from sticking to your hands!
3. Now, Put the Meatballs in the PreHeated Oven and Roast for 30 Minutes. Then, turn the Meatballs Over and Roast for 10 – 15 Minutes longer. Take out and Serve.
