Roasted Soy Sauce Spicy Broccoli are Marinated with Soy Sauce, Fresh Garlic, Ground Ginger and Ground Red Pepper for some Spice, then Roasted in the Oven!

Marinating Time: 20 Minutes

Roasted Soy Sauce Spicy Broccoli Ingredients:

6 Cups Fresh or Frozen Unthawed Broccoli
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1/2 – 1 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper (depends on how spicy you like)
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Soy Sauce Spicy Broccoli Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet or use Parchment Paper on your Baking Sheet. Next, Add the Fresh or Unthawed Broccoli, Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger, Ground Red Pepper and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet.

2. Next, Mix up all the ingredients really well making sure all the Broccoli is coated with the Marinade (we do this with our hands). Then, spread the Broccoli evenly on the Baking Sheet and let Marinate for 20 Minutes.

3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Broccoli for 35 – 40 Minutes. We did not flip these over but if you want to, you can, we didn’t think they needed to be flipped, they Roasted really good on both sides.
