Roasted Honey Garlic Carrots Ingredients:
6 – 8 Carrots
2 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Honey
3 1/2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Honey Garlic Carrots Instructions:
1. First thing to do, prepare the Carrots. You will need a Non Stick Baking Sheet (you can also use Parchment paper on a Baking Sheet to prevent Sticking). Now Cut the Carrots in to about 1 Inch thick Rounds and put them on the Baking Sheet.
2. Now in a Bowl, add Fresh Minced Garlic, Honey, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix the ingredients really good, then pour the Marinade over the Carrots on the Baking Sheet. Mix up the Carrots and the Marinade and then spread the carrots out on the pan.
3. PreHeat the Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Carrots for 30 – 35 Minutes.
