Roasted Broccoli is our favorite way to prepare and eat Broccoli and all our Vegetables! The Garlic and Dill Weed create a Ranch Flavor Marinated in to the Broccoli. Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 35 – 40 Minutes

Roasted Ranch Broccoli Ingredients:
6 Cups Unthawed or Fresh Broccoli
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (or 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Ranch Broccoli Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Add Broccoli, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Dried Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet. 
2. Next, Mix up the Ingredients on the Baking Sheet, Making Sure all the Ingredients are Coating the Broccoli. Spread the Broccoli out on the pan, Make sure the Broccoli is not on top of each other for Better Roasting. Let sit and Marinate for 20 Minutes. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F while the Broccoli is Marinating. 
3. After the Broccoli is Marinated, put them in the Oven and Roast the Broccoli for 35 – 40 Minutes. Take Out and Serve!
