Roasted Ranch Dilly Meatballs Ingredients:
2 Pounds Ground Beef (also can use Ground Turkey or Chicken)
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 Cloves or 4 Teaspoons Powdered Garlic)
3 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (or 3 Tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Ranch Dilly Meatballs Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Bowl. Add Ground Beef, Fresh Minced Garlic, Dried Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.
2. Next, You will need a Baking Sheet, we put Parchment Paper on the Baking Sheet. Put some Olive Oil on your hands to prevent Ingredients sticking to hands. Mix up all the Ingredients until well blended. Now, start making Meatballs, we made 20, about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. You can make these Bigger or Smaller. Place the Meatballs on the Baking Sheet.
3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Put the Meatballs in the Oven for 25 Minutes. Flip all the Meatballs Over and Roast for another 10 – 15 Minutes.
