Roasted Soy Sauce Brussels Sprouts Ingredients:

16 Ounces Fresh Brussels Sprouts
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Soy Sauce Brussels Sprouts Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet. Add the Fresh Brussels Sprouts to the Pan (if you want, you can cut these in half). Then Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet of Brussels Sprouts.

2. Next, Mix up the Brussels Sprouts with all the Marinade Ingredients, Make sure to coat them. Then Space them evenly on the Baking Sheet and let Marinate for 20 Minutes.

3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. After the Brussels Sprouts have Marinated, Put them in the Oven and Roast for 25 – 30 Minutes. We did not flip these during Roasting, you can if desired. When done, the Brussels Sprouts will be Roasted on the Outside and you will be able to pierce them with a fork.
