Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 30 – 35 Minutes

Roasted Soy Sauce Green Beans Ingredients:
1 Pound Fresh Green Beans
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Soy Sauce Green Beans Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper or a Nonstick Baking Sheet. Then put the Washed Whole Fresh Green Beans on the Pan. In a Bowl, Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Ginger, Ground Red Pepper and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Ingredients and then pour the Marinade on the Green Beans on the Pan.
2. Now, Mix up the Green Beans with the Marinade (we just toss them with our hands). Then Spread the Green Beans on the pan evenly, try not to overlap the Beans on top of each other. Let sit and Marinate for 15 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Roast the Green Beans for 30 – 35 Minutes. These are not Mushy, they have a slight Crunch to them. They will look a little shriveled but they are not dry, these are Fresh Green Beans.
