Fresh Brussels Sprouts are one of our Favorite Vegetables! They are not mushy when cooked in the Oven and have a slight Nutty Flavor. We like to Season them up and Roast but this time we Marinated and then Smothered them in Cheddar Cheese, So Delicious! When Brussels Sprouts are in Season, Definitely Roast them in the Oven, Don’t Boil them! For More Side Dish Recipe Ideas, Click Here!
