After Marinating them, then Oven Roasting creates a nice Crispy Brown on the outside and Slightly Crunchy inside, No Mushy Boiled Vegetables! Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 30 – 35 Minutes

Roasted Sweet Cauliflower Ingredients: 

6 Cups Cauliflower Frozen or Fresh
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Sweet Cauliflower Instructions:

1. First, you will need a nonstick Baking Sheet. Then put Thawed Frozen or Fresh Cut up Cauliflower on the Baking Sheet. Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

2. Next, Mix up all the Ingredients on the Baking Sheet, Make sure all the Cauliflower is Coated with the Ingredients (we use our hands to mix). Now, Spread all the Cauliflower out on the Baking Sheet Evenly. Let Marinate on the Pan for 20 Minutes.

3. PreHeat the Oven at 375 Degrees F. Put the Cauliflower in the Oven to Roast for 30 – 35 Minutes. No need to turn over the Cauliflower but if you do, Flip them over after 15 Minutes. The Cauliflower will not be Mushy, they will be Roasted on the outside and a little crisp on the inside.
