Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 45 – 50 Minutes

Roasted Sweet Potato Steak Fries Ingredients:
3 Sweet Potatoes Peeled
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Sweet Potato Steak Fries Instructions:
1. First thing to do, is prepare the Sweet Potatoes. Peel the Sweet Potatoes, then cut them Lengthwise in to Thick cuts like a Steak Fry. Sweet Potatoes can be tough to cut through, best way is to cut a side off, so the Sweet Potato can lay flat, then start cutting thick strips for Fries. Put them on a Baking Sheet for next step.
2. Next, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet of Sweet Potato Fries. Mix up the Potatoes and the ingredients really well, I just toss them with my hands. Then lay the Steak Fries flat on the Baking Sheet, avoiding stacking the Fries on top of each other. Marinate for 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Roast the Sweet Potato Steak Fries for 45 – 50 Minutes. No need to flip over the Fries while Roasting. Use a Fork to poke the Sweet Potatoes to make sure they are done.
