Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 Minutes

Roasted Tex Mex Broccoli Ingredients:

6 Cups Broccoli Unthawed or Fresh
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Tex Mex Broccoli Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet. Then Put the Broccoli on the Baking Sheet and Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Paprika, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

2. Next, Mix up all the Ingredients on the Baking Sheet, Making sure to coat all the Broccoli (we do this with our hands!) . Then Spread out the Broccoli on the Baking Sheet Evenly, So all the Broccoli is flat on the Pan. Let the Broccoli Sit and Marinate for at least 20 Minutes.

3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Put the Broccoli in the Oven for 15 Minutes. Then Flip the Broccoli over and evenly spread around on the Baking Sheet. Roast the Broccoli for another 15 – 20 Minutes. The Broccoli will not be Mushy, it will be Roasted with a little Crunch!
