Roasted Turkey Bacon Collard Greens are Marinated in a Delicious Balsamic Garlic Marinade, then Smothered with Bacon and Roasted in the Oven! No Boiling or Soggy Greens!

We love Collard Greens but are not fans of Boiled Greens or any other Boiled Vegetables. The Marinade with Balsamic gives a slight sweet Taste and then the Turkey Bacon gives the Salty taste. When you Roast Collard Greens in the Oven, they come out with a slight crunch and not Mushy! If you prefer Pork Bacon, throw that on there but remember there will be a lot of Grease! TIP: If you want, you can add the entire package of Turkey Bacon. We just like the Bacon to be a Garnish and add Flavor.
