Sausage Fajita Crustless Quiche Ingredients:
8 Eggs
6 – 8 Ounces Smoked Sausage
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
1/2 White Onion
3/4 Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Sausage Fajita Crustless Quiche Instructions:
1. First, You will need a Buttered Pie Dish, Set aside. Slice the Smoked Sausage in to Coins and Place them on the Bottom of the Buttered Pie Plate. Next Cut up the White Onion and put those on top of the Smoked Sausage. Then Cut up the Green Bell Pepper and Put on top of the Onion.
2. Next, in a Bowl, Add Eggs, Milk, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Ingredients Really Good, Making sure all the Seasonings are incorporated. Now, Pour the Egg Mixture Over the the Sausage and Vegetables in the Pie Dish. Gently Shake the Pie Dish to allow the Egg Mixture to Seep in Between all the Sausage and Vegetables.
3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Bake the Quiche for 45 – 50 Minutes or until the Egg is Cooked. Use a Toothpick to poke the Middle of the Quiche to see if it is done. Take out and let the Quiche Set for 10 Minutes before Serving!
