Bacon Wrapped Chicken is a Easy Meal and Adds that extra Flavor to Chicken! We used Turkey Bacon but you can use Pork Bacon if you prefer. The Tex Mex Flavors Marinated in to the Chicken adds that extra Flavor along with the Bacon. You can serve these for Dinner or as a Finger Food Party Appetizer! Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Strips Ingredients:
2.5 Pounds Chicken Breast (about 3 Chicken Breasts)
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
12 Bacon Strips (we used Turkey Bacon)
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Strips Instructions:
1. First, You need to prepare the Chicken Breasts for Strips. Cut the Chicken Breasts in Half Lengthwise and Cut those Strips in Half Lengthwise again, Each Breast will make 4 Strips equaling 12 Strips all Together. Put all the Strips in a Bowl. Next Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Lemon Juice, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder and Ground Black Pepper to the Bowl of Chicken Strips. Mix up all the Ingredients making sure all the Chicken is Coated. Marinate for 30 Minutes.
2. Next, you will need a Baking Sheet Lined with Parchment Paper or a Nonstick Baking Sheet. Now, Start Wrapping the Marinated Chicken Breast Strips with the Bacon. Place Each Bacon Wrapped Strip on the Pan, Evenly Spaced.
3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Bake the Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Strips for 45 – 50 Minutes or until the Chicken is Done.
