Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Roasting Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 45 Minutes
Serves 4 – 6

Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage Fajitas Ingredients:
5 – 8 Chicken Sausages
3 Bell Peppers (Use Green, Red or Yellow Peppers)
3 Small White Onions (or 1 Large Onion)
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Flour Tortillas
Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage Fajitas Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Next, Cut up the Onions and Bell Peppers lengthwise and put them on the Pan. Now add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet of Vegetables.
2. Next, Mix up the Fajita Vegetables and Seasonings with your Hands or a Spatula. Then move the Fajita Vegetables to one side of the Pan and Put the Chicken Sausage on the other side of the Pan.
TIP: We don’t have a big enough Baking Sheet, so we used another Pan to Roast the Chicken Sausages in at the same time Roasting the Vegetables.

We use any kind of Chicken Sausage on Sale, these Sausages are a little Smaller and we had 8, they were the perfect amount with the Fajita Vegetables!
3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Now put the Pan of Fajita Vegetables and Chicken Sausages in the Oven and Roast for 45 Minutes, Making Sure to Mix the Vegetables and turn the Chicken Sausages at least once during Roasting. Serve with your Favorite Garnishes!
TIP: After Roasting the Chicken Sausage, you can leave them whole like we do, or you can cut the Sausages up and mix them with the Fajita Vegetables!
