Simple Juicy Chicken Leg Quarters Ingredients:

4 – 6 Chicken Leg Quarters Skin On
1/ 2 Cup Butter Cut into Chunks (We Only Use Real Butter)
5 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (About 5 Cloves of Garlic)
3 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Simple Juicy Chicken Leg Quarters Instructions:

1. First thing to do, Wash the Chicken Leg Quarters and put them Skin side Up in the Roasting Pan. Try not to Overlap the Chicken. Next, Start stuffing the Leg Quarters with Butter Chunks between the Skin and Meat.

TIP: The Skin of the Chicken Leg Quarters have an Easy Pocket opening on the Top, Don’t Pull the Skin Away on the other Sides or the Butter will just Fall out!

2. After all The Chicken Leg Quarters have been stuffed with Butter, next add the Fresh Minced Garlic. We put about a Tablespoon per Chicken Leg Quarters. Simply open up the Skin pocket again and drop a Tablespoon of Garlic and cover the Skin back over.

3. Next, Poor the Extra Virgin Olive Oil over all the Chicken Leg Quarters. Then Rub the Olive Oil all over the Chicken with your Hands. Really Massage it in, covering all the Skin on Top. The Olive Oil helps with keeping all the Juices in under the Skin, so the Chicken does not dry out.

4. Before the Next Step, Turn the Oven on to 425 Degrees F. Now Evenly Sprinkle the Salt and Black Pepper all over the Chicken Leg Quarters.

5. Bake the Chicken Leg Quarters Uncovered for 35 Minutes. This gets the Skin Brown and Crispy and seals in the Juices!

After 35 Minutes, Turn the Oven down to 400 Degrees F. Cover the Roasting Pan with the Lid and Bake for 30 more Minutes. The Olive Oil and Butter really Marinate the Chicken Legs, Making them Juicy, Tender and Fall Of The Bone Delicious!

When the Chicken is done, Take them out of the Oven, Spoon some of those Juices over the Chicken Quarters then Serve!
