Prep Time: 20 Minutes (includes Baking Potatoes in the Microwave)
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Baking Time: 30 – 35 Minutes

Turkey Bacon Potato Nachos Ingredients:
6 Idaho Potatoes
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Large Jalapeno (or 2 Small Jalapenos)
1/2 Pack Turkey Bacon
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Turkey Bacon Potato Nachos Instructions:
1. First, you will need to Bake the Potatoes in the Microwave or Bake them in the Oven. When they are done, let the Potatoes cool. Now, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Next, coat the Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Slice each Potato in to 5 Rounds and place them on the Baking Sheet on top of the Olive Oil. Then Sprinkle Ground Cumin on top of all the Potato Rounds.
2. Next, Chop up the Jalapeno in to little dices and also chop up the Turkey Bacon. Now, Sprinkle all the Cheddar Cheese on top of the Potato Rounds. Then Sprinkle the Diced Jalapenos on top of the Cheese and then the Chopped Turkey Bacon on top of that.
TIP: You do not need to cook the Turkey Bacon before hand. If you are using Pork Bacon, you will need to cook it before adding to the Nachos before Baking.

3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Bake the Turkey Bacon Potato Nachos for 30 – 35 Minutes. Serve with your favorite Sauce!
