Bacon Wrapped Carrots Ingredients:
4 Medium Carrots
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
16 Slices Turkey Bacon (or Pork Bacon)
Bacon Wrapped Carrots Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Bowl for Marinating the Carrots. Cut the Carrots in to Carrot Sticks, Cut Carrot in Half and the Cut the Half Lengthwise, Makes 16 Carrot Sticks, Add to the Bowl. Next Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Bowl of Carrots.
2. Now, Mix up the Ingredients Coating all the Carrots with the Marinade. Let Sit and Marinade for 20 Minutes. Next, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheets or Put Parchment Paper on the Baking Sheet. Start Wrapping each Carrot with a Bacon Slice and Place on the Baking Sheet. With the Extra Marinade, Brush each Bacon Wrapped Carrot with it, Gives extra Flavor.
3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Bacon Wrapped Carrots for 35 – 40 Minutes or until Carrots are done, No Need to Flip them over. Take Out when done and Cool for a few Minutes.
