Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Baking Time: 20 Minutes
Makes 12 Muffins

Cornbread Muffins Ingredients:
1 Cup Cornmeal (we use a coarse Cornmeal)
1 Cup White Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Sugar (we use white Cane Sugar)
1/2 Cup Butter Melted
1 Cup Milk
Cornbread Muffins Instructions:
1. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. In a Bowl, Add Cornmeal, White Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Sugar. Mix up the Dry Ingredients real well.
2. Next, Add Melted Butter and Milk to the Dry ingredients. Mix up the Ingredients until well incorporated, try not to over mix. Now, butter the Muffin Pan and start putting the batter in the Muffin pan cups evenly.
3. Bake for 20 Minutes, then take out of the oven and let cool.
