Roasted Ranch Steak Fries are Thick Cut Potatoes Marinated with Flavors of Fresh Minced Garlic, Dill Weed and Black Pepper! These taste like a Ranch Seasoning, Delicious!

Potatoes are a Staple in our home, there are so many ways to Season and Prepare them! These are our Steak Fries, Seasoned to taste like Ranch Dressing! These are Crispy and Flavorful on the outside and nice and Soft on the inside, So Delicious! If you prefer thinner cut Fries, make sure to adjust the Time for Roasting in the Oven. Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 15 – 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit 
Roasting Time: 45 – 55 Minutes

Roasted Ranch Steak Fries Ingredients:

6 – 8 Medium Potatoes (we used Red but you can use Any type of Potato)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
3 Teaspoons Dry Dill Weed (or use 3 Tablespoons of Fresh Chopped Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Ranch Steak Fries Instructions:

1. First, you need to prepare the Potatoes. We cut the Potato in Half, then cut those halves in to four section for Steak Fries. Put all the Cut Potatoes in a Bowl. Next, Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper in the Bowl of Fries.

2. Now, Put the Lid on the Bowl and Shake the Steak fries up, Making sure to Coat all the Fries with the Marinade. Marinate for 15 – 20 Minutes. Next, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet or one with Parchment Paper. After the Fries have Marinated, Put all the Potatoes on the Baking Sheet and Spread out Evenly on the Pan.

3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Ranch Steak Fries for 45 – 55 Minutes or until Crispy on the Outside and Done on the Inside. Depends on your Oven and how Thick or Thin you cut the Potatoes.
