Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges are Marinated with Some Tex Mex Seasonings then Wrapped with Bacon and Roasted in the Oven for these Delicious Appetizer or Side Dish!

Bacon Wrapped Potatoes are so good, the Seasoned Potato Wedges are Delicious by themselves but then add Bacon! We use Turkey Bacon but if you like Pork Bacon, you can use that! Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges Ingredients:

6 Medium Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Package of Bacon (we used Turkey Bacon)

Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Bowl for Marinating. Next, Cut the Potatoes in wedges, Cut the Potato Lengthwise, then Cut that half in to Half Lengthwise and put them in the Bowl. Now Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Potatoes with the Ingredients really well and let sit and Marinate for 15 Minutes.

2. After the Potatoes are Marinated, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Next, Start wrapping each Potato Wedge with Bacon. Start with the Bacon on the non wedge side and Wrap around and the bacon will be together on the bottom, and place them on the Baking Sheet, No need for Toothpicks.

3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Bake the Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges for 40 – 45 or until the Potatoes are done.
