3. Now, Scoop the Tex Mex Cream Cheese Mixture into the Prepared Jalapenos, Make sure not to overflow. Then wrap one Bacon Strip around each Cream Cheese Filled Jalapeno.
TIP: You do not need Toothpicks if you start with one of the ends of the Bacon, Place it on the top of the Cream Cheese and then Wrap around the Jalapeno, the other end of the Bacon will be on the Bottom. Just Place the Jalapenos Cream Cheese Filled side up on a Baking Sheet.

4. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Put the Bacon Wrapped Tex Mex Jalapenos in the Oven for 20 – 25 Minutes. When done, Take out of the Oven and let cool for about 5 Minutes, The Cream Cheese Filling will be Hot!
