Cheese balls are great for Parties and Holidays! We like to create many different flavors of Cheese Balls and this one is for our Spicy and Jalapeno lovers! Not too Spicy but loaded with lots of Jalapenos and Cheddar Cheese! Cheese ball - Dining in with Danielle

Cheddar Jalapeno Cheese Ball Ingredients:

8 Ounce Package Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1/ 2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Jalapeno or 2 Small
1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 

Cheddar Jalapeno Cheese Ball Instructions:

1. In a Bowl, Add Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Seeded and Chopped Jalapenos, Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Fresh Minced Garlic, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

2. Next, Mix up the Ingredients really well. Now, you will need Plastic Wrap or Parchment Paper, Scoop all the Cheese Ball Ingredients on the Paper.

3. Wrap the Cheese Ball and Form into a Ball. Chill in the Refrigerator for 1 – 2 Hours before Serving. After Chilled, Take out and unwrap and Serve with Crackers, Pita Chips, Chips and More!
