Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 30 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 50 – 60 Minutes
Serves 4 – 6

Crispy Dill Lemon Red Potatoes Ingredients:

4 Big Red Potatoes or 8 Small Potatoes
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (about 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Crispy Dill Lemon Red Potatoes Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Bowl for Marinating. Next, Cut up the Red Potatoes into 1 inch Chunks and put them in the Bowl. Now, Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Fresh Minced Garlic, Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

2. Next, mix up all the Ingredients and put the Lid on the Bowl. Marinate the Red Potatoes for 30 Minutes, the Ingredients soak in for a really good flavor. Now, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper (if you have a nonstick Baking Sheet, you won’t need Parchment Paper). Put all the Red Potatoes and Marinade on the Baking Sheet and Spread the Potatoes evenly on the Pan.

3. PreHeat the Oven at 400 Degrees F. Put the Crispy Dill Lemon Red Potatoes in the Oven to Roast for 50 – 60 Minutes. During half way of Roasting, Mix up and Flip the Potatoes Over so the other side will Crisp up.
