Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 35 – 40 Minutes

Fajita Sausage Pasta Ingredients:

16 Ounces Penne Pasta
5 Sausages (Pork, Chicken or Turkey)
1 Green Bell Pepper Large
2 Onions Small
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (add this to the Pasta when done cooking and is drained)

Fajita Sausage Pasta Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet. Then Slice up the Green Bell Peppers and Onions and put them on the Pan. Next Add, Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

2. Now, Mix up the Fajita Vegetables with all the Ingredients and Evenly put them on one side of the Baking Sheet. Next, Add the Sausages to the other side of the Pan.

3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Vegetables and Sausage for 25 Minutes. Then Flip the Sausages over and Roast for another 10 – 15 Minutes. While the Vegetables and Sausages are Roasting, this is a good time to Cook the Pasta. Cook the Pasta according to the Package.

4. Now, the Pasta and the Roasted Fajita Vegetables and Sausage are done. Put the Drained Pasta in a Pan or Bowl and Add the 1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then cut the Sausages into 1/2 inch thick Coins and Add to the Pasta with the Fajita Vegetables. Stir the Ingredients really well. Ready to Serve!
