Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Baking Time: 35 – 40 Minutes
Serves 4 – 6
Leftover Turkey Pasta Casserole Ingredients:
16 Ounces Penne Pasta
4 Cups Leftover White Turkey
4 Cups Broccoli Unthawed or Fresh
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Leftover Turkey Pasta Instructions:
1. First thing to do, is Prepare the Penne Pasta. Start by boiling the Pasta to Al Dente, not Mushy or the Casserole will turn in to Mush. Then Drain the Pasta and put it back in the Pot for next step. The Pasta should look like picture below.
2. Next, add Chopped up Leftover Turkey, Broccoli, Fresh Minced Garlic, Sour Cream, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Pan of Pasta. Mix up all the Ingredients in the pan, try not to break up the Penne Pasta too much.
3. Now, in a 13 X 9 Casserole Pan, put all the mix up Pasta Ingredients in. Then Sprinkle all the Cheese on top.
4. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Bake the Leftover Turkey Pasta Casserole for 35 – 40 Minutes. Take out and Serve.
