Roasted Balsamic Portabella Steaks are Marinated with Balsamic and Fresh Garlic then Roasted in the Oven! A great Vegetarian Steak, Make it in to a Hamburger or slice up and add to a Meal! Also you can Grill these as well!

Portabella Steaks have a Meaty texture when Roasted! We like to Marinate these with Sweet Balsamic Vinegar with Fresh Garlic then Oven Roasted. These are so Delicious served as a Steak Vegetarian Meal, Vegetable Hamburgers or Sliced up to add to Pastas, Salads or a Side Dish! Also try these on the Barbecue Grill! Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 – 25 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit

Roasted Balsamic Portabella Steaks Ingredients:

4 Big Portabella Caps
3/4 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Balsamic Portabella Steaks Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet for Roasting. Put the Portabella Cap Steaks on the Pan, Smooth Side up. In a Bowl, Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix the Marinade and Brush the Tops of the Portabella Steaks.

2. Next, Flip the Portabella Steaks over and Brush on the rest of the Marinade. Make sure to get the Marinade in the Gills of the Portabella Mushrooms. Keep the Portabella Caps down on Baking Sheet and Marinate for 20 – 25 Minutes to really Soak in to the Meat.

3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Portabella Steaks for 20 Minutes, No need to Flip over. Serve these as a Vegetarian Steak, Make a Hamburger with them, also these can be Grilled on the Barbecue! A Delicious Vegetarian Meal!
