Roasted Soy Sauce Cabbage Steaks Ingredients:

1 Head Cabbage
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Soy Sauce Cabbage Steaks Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet Coated with Olive Oil, Not too Much, About 1 Tablespoon. Next, preparing the Cabbage Steaks. Take the First Layers off the Cabbage Head so the Head doesn’t have loose Leaves. Then Cut the Bottom Off where the Stem is. Lay the Cabbage Flat side down, Cut a little off each Side so the Cabbage Steaks will be Flat. Now Cut in to Steaks about 1/2 to 1 inch Thick, We usually get 4 to 6 Half Steaks. Place them on the Baking Sheet.

TIP: Depending how Big the Cabbage Head is, will determine how Big to cut the Steaks. You can cut them thinner if preferred but adjust the Roasting Time!
