Roasted Soy Sauce Carrots Ingredients:
6 – 8 Medium Carrots
3 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic (About 3 Cloves)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Soy Sauce Carrots Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet or Parchment lined Baking Sheet. Cut up the Carrots in to about 1 inch Rounds, Cut the Skinnier Carrots longer and put them on the Baking Sheet. Now, Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger and Ground Black Pepper to the Pan of Carrots.
2. Now, Mix up all the Ingredients making sure all the Carrots are Coated with the Marinade. Spread the Carrots out on the Pan Evenly making sure they are not on top of Each Other. Let Sit and Marinate for 15 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Carrots for 35 – 40 until Roasted and you can poke a fork through them. No need to turn them over.
