Roasted Sweet Tex Mex Broccoli Ingredients:
6 Cups Broccoli (Fresh or Frozen Unthawed)
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Sweet Tex Mex Broccoli Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet or Put Parchment Paper on the Baking Sheet. Next, Add Broccoli, Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet.
2. Now, Mix up the Broccoli and Ingredients really well, we use our hands, it’s easier. Spread the Broccoli out on the Baking Sheet, Make sure not to stack on each other or else they won’t Roast correctly. Marinate on the Pan for 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. After the Broccoli has Marinated, Put the Broccoli in the Oven for 35 – 40 Minutes. No Need to Turn Over.
