Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 30 – 35 Minutes
Roasted Tex Mex Brussels Sprouts Ingredients:
16 Ounces Fresh Brussels Sprouts
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
Roasted Tex Mex Brussels Sprouts Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet (or a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper so the Brussels Sprouts won’t stick). Next, add the Brussels Sprouts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder and Salt to the Baking Sheet.
2. Now, Mix up all the Brussels Sprouts Ingredients on the Baking Sheet (we do this with our hands, it’s easier to get all the Brussels Sprouts Coated this way). Then Spread the Brussels Sprouts evenly on the Baking Sheet, let sit and Marinate for 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat the Oven at 350 Degrees F. After the Brussels Sprouts have Marinated, Put them in the Oven to Roast for 30 Minutes, making sure to Stir the Brussels Sprouts around half way through to get Evenly Roasted.
