Slow Cooker Cheesy Garlic Scalloped Potatoes Ingredients:

8 Idaho Potatoes
1/2 Cup Chicken Bullion
1 Cup Yogurt
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 Cloves)
2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Slow Cooker Cheesy Garlic Scalloped Potatoes Instructions:

1. First thing to do, is to Prepare the Potatoes. We like to keep the Skin on but you can Peel them if you prefer. After the Potatoes are washed, then Slice the Potatoes into Rounds about 1/4 inch thick. (This is really up to you, you can slice them thinner if preferred!) Put all the sliced Potatoes in the Slow Cooker.

3. Now mix up all the Ingredients making sure all the Scalloped Potatoes are coated. We use a wooden spoon for this because the Potatoes can be hard to stir around. Then Sprinkle more Black Pepper and another 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese on Top.

4. Slow Cook the Scalloped Potatoes on High for 6 – 7 Hours. You want the Potatoes to be soft and the Sauce to be thick. During the Slow Cooking, you will see a lot of Liquid, this is from the Raw Potatoes, it will soak into the Potatoes after Hours of Slow Cooking. When the Scalloped Potatoes are done, let them cool for about 10 Minutes, this allows all the Sauce to thicken and soak in to the Potatoes!

TIP: You can Slow Cook these Scalloped Potatoes on Low, you will need to add more time. The Potatoes might take 8 – 10 Hours. Perfect for throwing them in the Slow Cooker in the Morning!
