Steak Fajita Pasta Ingredients:

16 Ounces Penne Pasta
1 Pound Sirloin Tip Thin Steak (or any Steak you would like)
1 Big or 2 Small Green Bell Peppers
2 Small Onions
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 Cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (this is for the Pasta after it is cooked)

Steak Fajita Pasta Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet. Next, Cut the Green Bell Peppers and Onions in long strips. Just cut them in half, then slice the halves in to strips and put them on the Baking Sheet. Cut the Thin Steak in to strips, making sure to cut against the grain of the Steak and add them to the Pan. Next, Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Pan of Steak and Vegetables.

TIP: This can be done on the Stovetop but it is easier to put this in the Oven, also they get Roasted instead of soggy!
