Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps are a great Healthier Meal choice full of Protein! Most Tuna Salads are made with Mayonnaise, we use Dijon Mustard and Pickle Juice to substitute for the Mayo. Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps Ingredients:

4 – 3 Ounce Cans Tuna in Water drained
1 Small Onion (or 1/2 of Big Onion)
1 Large Dill Pickle (or 2 Smaller Pickles)
3 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice
4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Bowl with a Lid. Then add Drained Tuna, Chopped Onion, Diced Dill Pickle, Dill Pickle Juice, Dijon Mustard, Dill Weed, Salt and Black Pepper.

2. Now, mix up all the Ingredients really well. Cover the Bowl then Put the Tuna Salad in the Refrigerator for at Least 1 Hour to let all the Ingredients Marinate. Then serve with Lettuce Wraps.
