Crispy Marinated Garlic Potatoes Smothered with Turkey Bacon is a hit in our home! These are Delicious for Dinner and even a Side for Breakfast. Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 425 Degrees Fahrenheit
Baking Time: 45 – 50 Minutes
Serves 4 – 6

Bacon Roasted Garlic Potatoes Ingredients:
8 Medium Potatoes
1 Package Turkey Bacon
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (About 4 Garlic Cloves)
2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt Optional (The Bacon has plenty of Salt for Us)
Bacon Roasted Garlic Potatoes Instructions:
1. First thing to do, wash the Potatoes and Cut them up in to Cube Size Chunks. Then Slice the Turkey Bacon in to thin Slices. Add Potatoes and Turkey Bacon to the Bowl.
2. Now add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic and Black Pepper to the Bowl of Potatoes and Turkey Bacon. Mix up Really well. Let Marinate in the Bowl for 10 – 15 Minutes to let the Garlic and Bacon soak in to the Potatoes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 425 Degrees F. Next you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. (If you have a Non Stick Baking Sheet, you might not need Parchment Paper.) Then Dump all the Ingredients on the Baking Sheet and Spread Evenly.
4. Bake the Bacon Roasted Garlic Potatoes for 45 – 50 Minutes or until the Potatoes are Golden Brown and the Bacon is Crispy. Let cool Slightly before Serving!
