We are making custom speaker plates to cover the ugly holes cut into the boat for 6x9s that were placed in a horrible location. Not only were these to remove the car 6x9s that were rusting, staining the boat gel coat. They were to install smaller speakers the would be waterproof and last for a long time
The custom speaker plates were cut out of marine plywood, we think it turned out pretty good. Danielle thought that they would be more in the way then what they were, she didn’t want to bang her legs on the custom speaker plates. She wanted to sink the plates into the boat fiberglass, I told her that I don’t have the tools or the skill for that.
Follow along as we breath new life into this 2004 Bayliner Bowrider.
