We go over how to replace a low beam headlight on a Volvo S60 with no tools and not having to remove the headlight assembly. This task would have only taken minutes, but we ran into an issue. The car headlight bulb connectors got damaged by improperly plugging the build-in or aftermarket high-powered bulbs that make too much heat.
*One thing to note is that you should wear gloves while touching the bulb. Any form of contact with your skin will reduce the life of the bulb. I found out about that the hard way when I was way younger. The salts and oils from your skin will damage the bulb and cause the heat to concentrate. We learn from our mistakes and move on!
