Very Moist and Simple Blueberry Banana Bread! Perfect Dessert Bread with Really Ripe Sweet Bananas and Plump Juicy Blueberries!
We love Banana Bread and creating many different Recipes with Bananas! Our Delicious Moist Banana Bread Cake was the inspiration for this absolutely Moist Blueberry Banana Cake Bread! We call our Bread, Cake breads because they have a cake moistness texture! It is almost like a dessert! The plump Blueberries add that extra burst of Juiciness, which make this bread delicious for any time of day, Breakfast, Snacks or a Dinner Dessert Bread!

Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Baking Time: 35 – 40 Minutes
Makes 2 Loaves
Moist Blueberry Banana Cake Bread Ingredients:
2 Cups White Flour (try not to use bleached or enriched white flour, we like King Arthur Flour )
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
4 Ripe Bananas Mashed
1/2 Cup Pure Cane Sugar
1 Cup Butter Melted (Real butter, NO MARGARINE)
2 Eggs
1 Cup Fresh or Unthawed Frozen Blueberries
Moist Blueberry Banana Cake Bread Instructions:
1. You will need 2 bowls, one for dry ingredients and one for wet ingredients.
In a bowl, add Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon and Nutmeg, mix and set aside.
TIP: We use our KitchenAid Mixer, but this Recipe can easily be mixed by hand!
2. In the other bowl or your mixer bowl, add Melted Butter and Sugar together, Mix really well. Now add Mashed Bananas and eggs, Mix Thoroughly making sure the bananas are broken up, but small chunks of banana are good!
3. Now add dry ingredients and mix really well, about 1 Minute with a mixer. Do not over mix the batter, you just want to make sure all ingredients are well mixed!
4. The next step is to add the 1 cup of Blueberries. When doing this, you need to gently fold in the Blueberries by Hand, making sure they are evenly mixed in. Try not to break up the Blueberries to much because the goal is to have whole berries throughout the Bread!
5. At this time, PreHeat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Then grease 2 loaf pans. Now add the Blueberry Banana Cake Bread Batter evenly to the 2 loaf pans. This batter is on the thicker side, make sure to spread the mixture in the pans to fill in gaps.
TIP: The Blueberries may not evenly spread within the entire loaf, but that is what makes this bread Delicious! Moist Banana bread with Juicy bites of Blueberries!
6. Bake for 35 Minutes, then check with a toothpick to make sure the bread is done. If the bread needs more time, Bake for another 5 – 6 Minutes! Take out of oven and let them cool completely.
TIP: After the bread is completely cooled, cover the pans or take the loaves out of the pans and store them in a container or Ziploc bags! This helps your bread stay Moist and Delicious!
