2. Now you will need a Pan to Boil in, add all the cut up Red Potatoes and add enough Water to Cover the Potatoes Fully. At this time, you will add the Chicken Bullion to the Pot of Potatoes and Water.

TIP: If you are using Canned Chicken Bullion, add 1 -2 Cans to the Pan of Potatoes with a little less Water!

3. Bring the Pot of Potatoes to a Boil, then turn down the Stove Top Temperature to Simmer (On our Stove, it is at a 3 for Simmer). Simmer Potatoes with No Lid for about 20 to 30 Minutes. When the Potatoes are done, you will be able to easily stab the Red Potatoes with a Fork. Try not to Over Simmer, or else you will have Potato Soup, NOT Potatoes! When Potatoes are done, Drain them and put them back in the Pan for next step.
