Crockpot Cooking Time: 4-5 Hours

Honey Dijon Balsamic Chicken Ingredients:
8 Chicken Thighs Skinned (or other Bone In Chicken)
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Honey
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt (Salt to Taste, we prefer less Salt)
Honey Dijon Balsamic Chicken Instructions:
1. First thing to do, is take all the skin off the chicken. Set Aside.
Turn the Crockpot or Slow Cooker on Low.
Tip: If you are using the Oven for this Chicken recipe, Follow the Instructions for the Slow Cooker! It’s a similar process!
2. Now you will prepare the Marinade. In a bowl, add Balsamic Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Honey and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix until all the ingredients are blended well.
3. In the Crockpot, add a layer of Chicken on the bottom, then sprinkle Salt and Black Pepper on it. Next Pour Half the Honey Dijon Balsamic Marinade over the chicken. Now add the rest of the chicken on top of the other chicken in the Crockpot.
This is what it should look like!
4. Add Salt and Black Pepper to the second layer of Chicken. Next pour the rest of the Honey Dijon Balsamic Chicken Marinade over the second layer of Chicken.
It will look like this before slow cooking!
5. Slow cook on Low Temperature For 2 Hours, then it will be time to Baste the Chicken!
Tip: We use a ladle! We think basting our meats is important for more flavor and tenderness!
After basting the Chicken, Move the Chicken on the Bottom to the Top and the Chicken on the Top to the Bottom!
(This helps make sure all the Chicken cooks evenly and all the Chicken will be Flavored evenly!)
This photo shows that process! Don’t be fooled, this is NOT done!
6. After you have basted the Chicken and Rearranged the Chicken, put the lid back on and Slow cook for 3 More Hours!
This is where the goodness starts happening, the Chicken will slow cook while Marinating all the flavors in to the Chicken making it Fall off the Bone delicious!
When the Chicken is done, it will look like this!
