Juicy Ground Turkey Meatballs with Taco Flavorings! These delicious meatballs are Dinner or Appetizers ready in 40 Minutes! No Sauce needed!

Meatballs are simple to make but can lack flavor if you don’t put sauce on them. Our Taco Turkey Meatballs were inspired by our Family Favorite Tacos, if you love Tacos make sure to check out our yummy recipe! We don’t think these delicious Taco Meatballs need sauce! We like to call these Meatball Poppers because you want to keep popping them in your mouth, MMM! Another great way to serve these for dinner is to make BIG Meatballs, like our Balsamic Cilantro Turkey Meatballs! Delicious!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Bake Time: 40-45 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Makes 24 Meatballs

Juicy Taco Turkey Meatballs Ingredients:

2 LBS Ground Turkey
2 Eggs
1 Cup Oatmeal (Not Quick or Instant Oatmeal)
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juicy Taco Turkey Meatballs Instructions:

1. First thing to do, is prepare the Baking sheet. (This is a quick recipe, preparing the pan before your hands get meat all over them helps with saving time!) Add Olive oil to the Pan, Set aside!
PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F.

2. Now you will need a Bowl, Add Ground Turkey, Eggs, Oatmeal, Minced Garlic, Cumin, Chili Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper and Salt.

TIP: Before Mixing the ingredients with your hands, Best way to get everything mixed good, Put Olive Oil all over your hands like lotion! This keeps the meat from sticking to your hands!

3. Next it’s time to get your hands dirty! Mix up the ingredients really well. Now start making Meatballs, this makes 24 Meatballs. Put them on the Baking sheet with Olive oil as you make them.

4. The oven should be Heated up at 350 Degrees F, Put them in the oven for 20 Minutes. (This is the first Baking Time, before you check them.)
After 20 Minutes, you will need to turn the meatballs over! (There will be some film on them, Don’t worry, this will Cook and disappear!)

5. Bake for 15 more Minutes.
Flip the Meatballs over again! (We want these Brown and Crispy!)

6. Bake for 10 more Minutes. This will make sure the Meatballs are browned. After they are done, take them out of the oven and then use the oil in the pan to brush all the Meatballs with!
